In his new role, Ajinkya will oversee Epigamia’s growth strategies, focusing on expanding its market presence and driving customer engagement across digital and offline trade channels. His prior experience in scaling Organized Trade and e-commerce businesses will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategy for category expansion and revenue growth. Ajinkya’s ability to align operational efficiency with long-term business goals positions him to lead Epigamia into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Before joining Epigamia, Ajinkya worked at Amazon for over three years, where he served as a Senior Category Manager and later as Manager of Category Management. During his tenure, he focused on optimizing retail categories and improving e-commerce strategies, driving significant growth across multiple product verticals.
Ajinkya also held key roles at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where he led modern trade and e-commerce B2B strategies, as well as area sales operations across various regions in India. His contributions at GCPL included enhancing category management, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with key retail partners. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable FMCG sales experience at Perfetti Van Melle.
