Neeraj Nagpal Appointed as Chief Business Officer – Apparel & Retail at Raymond Lifestyle Limited

Neeraj Nagpal has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer – Apparel & Retail at Raymond Lifestyle Limited. In this capacity, he will be responsible for overseeing the leadership team of apparel brands and retail formats, including The Raymond Store (TRS) and Raymond Made to Measure (MTM). His role will involve driving growth strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and strengthening the company’s retail presence.

Bringing over two decades of experience in fashion and retail, Neeraj has a track record of leading business expansion and driving profitability. His expertise spans across various aspects of retail management, including brand development, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. His leadership is expected to contribute significantly to Raymond’s continued growth in the apparel and retail sector.

Prior to joining Raymond, Neeraj held key leadership roles across multiple reputed organizations. He previously served as the CEO at Baazar Retail Pvt. Ltd., where he played a crucial role in scaling business operations. He also held senior positions at K Raheja Group – Shoppers Stop, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (Pantaloons & Madura Brands), ITC Limited – Lifestyle Retailing, and Ashima Ltd. – Attires Division, gaining extensive experience in managing large-scale retail businesses.

His deep understanding of the evolving retail landscape, combined with his strategic acumen, has enabled him to successfully navigate challenges and drive sustainable growth. His contributions across various retail segments have been instrumental in enhancing customer experience, optimizing operations, and expanding market reach.

Neeraj’s academic qualifications further complement his professional expertise. He holds an Executive PGP in Management from MDI Gurgaon, a PG Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology from NIFT Delhi, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from GEC Jabalpur. Additionally, he has completed the Leadership for Senior Executives Program at Harvard Business School, equipping him with the knowledge to steer businesses toward long-term success.
