Prior to joining Cotiviti, Murari held key leadership positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at OneSource, where he played a significant role in shaping HR frameworks for the pharmaceutical sector. He has also worked with organizations such as Jio and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, handling talent management, HR business partnerships, and succession planning. His career spans diverse sectors, including technology, telecom, pharmaceuticals, and real estate, with experience managing HR functions in India, ASEAN, and CIS regions.
