Dhiraj Singh has joined Flipkart as the Director – Employee Relations, bringing over two decades of experience in human resources and industrial relations across leading consumer goods and manufacturing companies. Before this role, he was with Unilever for nearly 11 years, where he last served as Category HR Head – Foods, Refreshments & Nutrition. His expertise spans human resources management, legal compliance, performance management, and disciplinary & grievance procedures.
Prior to his tenure at Unilever, Dhiraj Singh held key HR leadership positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, JUSCO Limited – A TATA Enterprise, and Rinac India Limited. As Team Leader HR at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, he played a crucial role in employee relations and HR strategy. His experience as Manager IR at JUSCO Limited further strengthened his skills in industrial relations and labor management.
Dhiraj Singh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. His strong track record in managing workforce relations and implementing HR best practices makes him a valuable addition to Flipkart’s leadership team.
At Flipkart, he will focus on strengthening employee engagement, handling workplace policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. His leadership is expected to drive strategic employee relations initiatives that align with Flipkart’s growing workforce and dynamic business landscape.
