Before this role, Rajesh Nandwani held key leadership positions at Panasonic, where he served for over 12 years in various capacities, including Director of Power BU – Manufacturing and Sales and Director of Wiring Device and Cable Management Systems. His tenure at Panasonic saw significant advancements in sales strategies, safety culture, and training initiatives. Prior to that, he contributed to C&S Electric Ltd. as General Manager and IndoAsian as Manager of Plant Operations, further strengthening his expertise in the electrical industry.

His diverse experience, combined with a strong technical background in competitive analysis and manufacturing, positions him well to drive growth.
