Nitin Varma has stepped into the role of Senior Vice President & Managing Director for India and SAARC at Saviynt, bringing with him over two decades of leadership in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. His appointment marks a strategic move by Saviynt to deepen its presence across India and the SAARC region at a time when identity security is gaining critical importance.
Throughout his distinguished career, Varma has held several senior leadership roles across renowned organizations. At CrowdStrike, he served as Managing Director for India and SAARC, where he led operations for nearly five years. He briefly worked at Oracle as Senior Director for Oracle Cloud, and prior to that, he was Director – Enterprise & Mid Market, India & SAARC at Palo Alto Networks, where he played a key role in channel development and security transformation across the region.
His professional journey also includes a nearly decade-long tenure at Cisco Systems India Pvt. Ltd., where he held multiple strategic positions, including Head – Manufacturing, Energy & ITS Vertical and Regional Manager roles spanning North, West, and East India. His work there focused on market transition strategies and innovation across the manufacturing and energy sectors.
With his extensive experience across multinational organizations and deep domain expertise in cybersecurity and sales leadership, Varma is expected to lead Saviynt’s efforts in driving scalable, cloud-first identity security solutions tailored for the fast-evolving digital landscape of India and SAARC.
