Vishal Jacob has joined Choreograph India as the President – AI & Digital Solutions, where he will be spearheading the AI charter for GroupM India. With decades of experience across leading media and advertising companies under the GroupM umbrella, Vishal brings a wealth of transformation, strategy, and digital innovation expertise to his new role. At Choreograph, he will focus on building and driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions that enable teams to deliver smarter, data-driven outcomes for clients.
Having been deeply entrenched in the GroupM ecosystem for several years, Vishal’s appointment reflects a strategic push towards strengthening the network’s digital capabilities. His journey began with GroupM in the early 2000s, and over the decades, he has held multiple leadership roles across companies like Wavemaker, Maxus, and GroupM itself. Most recently, he served as Chief Transformation Officer at Wavemaker, where he played a pivotal role in steering clients through digital transformation by aligning paid, owned, and earned assets into cohesive ecosystems.
Throughout his career, Vishal has consistently focused on the intersection of innovation and impact. In his new role, he will closely collaborate with GroupM’s digital leadership to design integrated digital frameworks and compelling narratives that connect data, creativity, and technology. His extensive understanding of the digital landscape, coupled with his coaching expertise and knowledge in transactional analysis and NLP, positions him uniquely to drive both technological adoption and human development within the organization.
In addition to his corporate endeavors, Vishal is also the author of “Connecting with Yourself: Why We Think, Feel and Act the Way We Do.” His background as a certified coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) adds a holistic dimension to his leadership style, nurturing talent and guiding professionals into strategic roles.
