Puja Trivedi has joined Wells Fargo as Executive Director, Senior Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant. In this global leadership role, she will spearhead talent development, performance strategy, and leadership growth initiatives that align with Wells Fargo’s inclusive and purpose-driven culture. With decades of experience in HR strategy and people development, Puja brings a robust blend of people-first values and data-driven insights to elevate organizational effectiveness.
Before her appointment at Wells Fargo, Puja served as Director, People Business Partner at Slalom, where she spent over three years designing enterprise-level HR solutions and supporting leadership development efforts. Prior to that, she held impactful positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serving as an HR Business Partner for Commercial Banking, and at AXA Partners as Attraction, Talent & Development Manager, where she worked on strengthening core capabilities in talent management and employee engagement.
Puja’s longest tenure was at Cars.com, where she spent more than five years across roles including Manager, People Development and Associate Manager – Organizational Development. During her time there, she designed performance management tools, launched core values initiatives, facilitated employee engagement programs, and built leadership curricula for large teams. Her work contributed directly to internal promotions, improved team dynamics, and long-term employee development.
Her earlier experiences at Groupon, Target, and a research-based role at Danone in London provided her with exposure to cross-functional and cross-cultural HR practices. Puja’s dynamic approach to leadership and people development continues to shape how organizations build inclusive, agile, and high-performing work environments.
With her extensive HR background and deep understanding of organizational behavior, Puja is set to play a pivotal role in advancing Wells Fargo’s global talent vision.
