With over two decades of experience in organizations such as NIIT, Simplilearn, HackerEarth, HT Media, Times Group, Metro AG, and Airtel, Vikas brings a wealth of knowledge in revenue strategy, business growth, and client-centric solutions. At Revature, he will play a pivotal role in leading revenue operations while supporting the company’s efforts to expand its impact across India’s technology and talent landscape.
Vikas’s journey is marked by progressive leadership across some of India’s top firms. Most recently, he led the Global Capability Center (GCC) business vertical at NIIT StackRoute, where he built the practice from the ground up, nurturing deep partnerships with site heads and leading learning transformation strategies for digital capabilities. Before that, at Simplilearn, he was instrumental in establishing and scaling the GCC business function while overseeing P&L, hiring, and operational frameworks. His earlier stints at HackerEarth saw him manage sales operations across South India and the US, contributing to enterprise growth and product adoption in the technical hiring and innovation space.
His career also includes significant roles at HT Media and Times Group, where he handled digital business growth and led recruitment solution sales, achieving notable revenue milestones. From driving e-learning solutions at NIIT to streamlining sales planning and operations at Airtel and Metro AG, Vikas has consistently delivered impact across diverse business environments. His expertise lies in building scalable GTM strategies, mentoring high-performing teams, and aligning business goals with emerging market demands.
At Revature, Vikas will lead strategic revenue operations, with a core focus on serving Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and optimizing the company’s Hire-Train-Deploy model. His deep understanding of emerging tech areas such as AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics, combined with his passion for sales transformation and diversity in tech, makes him an asset to the company’s mission.
