Sujeet Kumar takes on role as Global Head – Procurement at Hexaware Technologies

Sujeet Kumar has stepped into a new leadership role as Global Head – Procurement at Hexaware Technologies. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Sujeet brings extensive procurement and strategic sourcing experience to the company’s global operations. He now oversees procurement across Hexaware’s 28-country footprint, reinforcing the company’s growth and digital transformation objectives.

Prior to joining Hexaware Technologies, Sujeet held various leadership positions at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where he served as Director – Procurement. During his tenure, he was instrumental in building strategic sourcing ecosystems, streamlining procurement processes, and driving supplier relationship management across multiple verticals.

Before LTI, Sujeet contributed significantly to procurement and contract operations at Reliance Industries Limited, where he managed critical vendor networks and procurement strategy for major business functions. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ciena Corporation and STMicroelectronics, where he developed deep expertise in global indirect procurement, commodity management, and supply chain optimization.

With a proven track record in leading global procurement teams and delivering measurable business value, Sujeet Kumar is well-positioned to strengthen Hexaware Technologies’ procurement strategy and operational excellence.
