Before stepping into this group-wide leadership role, Manoj served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ambuja Cements Limited, where he led talent initiatives across one of India’s largest cement networks. His earlier roles include serving as Sr Executive Vice President HR at Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd. and Head HR for the Solar Business & Renewable Energy vertical at Adani Green Energy Ltd. These stints highlight his ability to steer complex HR operations across varied sectors within the conglomerate.
During his tenure at Adani Power, Manoj spearheaded HR strategy across all business locations, establishing himself as a pivotal driver of people-centric policies. His career trajectory across multiple Adani Group companies underlines his deep institutional knowledge and capability to foster alignment between workforce management and business strategy.
