Before that, he contributed significantly at Mercer Marsh Benefits, growing from Senior Relationship Manager to Assistant Vice President, where he handled customer relationship management, business consulting, and key account management. His early career at India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd gave him a strong foundation in client servicing and insurance broking.
