Before joining DFM Foods, Richa Saraswat was with United Breweries Ltd., where she served as HR Business Partner for the supply chain and Cluster HR Head for the North region. In these roles, Richa successfully led HR initiatives, including recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs. Her strategic leadership contributed significantly to the company’s growth in the North cluster. Prior to that, Richa spent more than a decade at Vedanta Group, where she held various senior positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition and roles within corporate HR. Her tenure at Vedanta saw her overseeing major HR strategies, including talent management, policy development, and organizational performance management.
Richa’s HR career started with Vedanta’s Sesa Goa division, where she worked as an Associate Manager in HR, focusing on recruitment and talent management for the Pig Iron and MetCoke business. Her journey from a management trainee to senior HR leadership positions reflects her dedication to driving results through people. With her deep understanding of organizational culture and her experience working in diverse sectors, Richa is well-equipped to lead DFM Foods’ HR function into its next phase of growth and innovation.
