Her experience in leading high-performing teams, driving growth, and leveraging technology for business innovation will be pivotal in advancing YouTube’s objectives in the region. Prior to her current role at YouTube, Soni was the CEO of Zalora SEA, where she led the company’s business strategy and growth in Southeast Asia. Under her leadership, Zalora became the region’s largest fashion e-commerce player, enhancing its customer experience and increasing profitability. She also previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Myntra and Head of Jabong, where she was instrumental in the turnaround of Jabong, reviving growth, and improving profitability through strategic marketing and tech-led initiatives.
Soni’s expertise extends beyond marketing and e-commerce; she has also held senior leadership roles at Star India (21st Century Fox), where she played a crucial role in launching the digital platform Hotstar and pioneering new sports initiatives.
