Shajikumar Devakar has been appointed as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Neo Wealth Management, a strategic step by the Neo Group to expand its footprint in the private wealth management space.
With over 17 years of leadership experience across premier financial institutions, Shajikumar brings a deep understanding of the wealth management landscape in India and beyond. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director at 360 ONE Wealth (formerly IIFL Wealth), where he led business expansion across South India and played a key role in developing the firm’s international operations in the UAE. His earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Barclays Wealth Management, where he was Regional Head – West, and Deutsche Bank Wealth Management.
Shajikumar holds a postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing from the National Institute of Sales and completed his Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration in Bangalore. Known for his client-centric approach and business-building acumen, he has been instrumental in driving sustained growth and developing high-performing teams throughout his career.
As he steps into this new chapter, Shajikumar is expected to shape Neo Wealth Management’s strategic direction and service offerings, aligning with the group’s ambition to deliver differentiated value to affluent and high-net-worth clients.
