Signature Global appoints Varun Oberoi, President – CRM, as Senior Management Personnel (SMP)

Varun Oberoi, President – CRM  has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) at Signature Global.Varun had joined the company as President – CRM in November 2024. With over 20 years of experience, Varun will manage customer relationship management strategies, optimize service delivery, and implement transformative business processes across the organization. He brings extensive expertise in CRM, litigation management, collections, cash flow forecasting, and post-sales support, making him a valuable addition to Signature Global’s leadership team.

Varun’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from SCDL, Pune. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strategic and tactical approach to revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and service delivery, successfully executing projects that have driven growth and customer loyalty. His experience extends across various industries, including real estate, financial services, telecommunications, and IT-enabled services, showcasing his versatility and capability to handle complex business operations effectively.

Before joining Signature Global, Varun held significant leadership roles in multiple organizations, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver exceptional results. At Experion Developers, he served as Senior Vice President, overseeing end-to-end customer experience management and facilities operations. During his tenure, he implemented key strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, establishing a customer-centric culture that elevated the company’s brand reputation. In addition, he managed the post-sales support for ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects globally, ensuring seamless operations from onboarding to project handover.

At Lodha Group, Varun was instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and subscription strategies as Associate Vice President, Customer Care. He played a pivotal role in executing multiple sales campaigns and setting priorities for contact center operations, catering to premium clients in the residential and commercial segments. His contributions extended to Reliable Business Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd., where he was a key catalyst in expanding the contact center operations from a 5-seater to a 1000-seater setup, managing business units across diverse verticals such as hospitality, financial services, telecom, and ITES.

At Signature Global, Varun’s focus will be on elevating the CRM framework, implementing robust post-sales support systems, and optimizing service delivery to align with the company’s strategic objectives. His track record of driving operational excellence and customer-centric strategies positions him well to contribute significantly to the growth and success of Signature Global in the coming years.
