In his most recent role at British Biologicals, Koustubh led the Rx and OTC Wellness verticals as part of the senior leadership team. He spearheaded the launch of Asia’s largest nutrition manufacturing plant and introduced several key business and strategy initiatives that contributed to significant revenue growth and brand visibility. Prior to that, he served as Vice President – Marketing & Executive Projects at BBraun Medical, managing critical domains such as marketing, regulatory, and clinical functions across geographies. His leadership journey also includes impactful tenures as Country Head–South Asia at Panasonic Healthcare Holdings and Director–CHC at Sanofi, where he helmed the entire consumer healthcare portfolio.
Koustubh’s expansive career began with Abbott, where he spent over a decade managing leadership roles across India, Russia, and Africa. From spearheading product transitions to managing international integration projects and driving P&L growth in complex markets, his early experiences laid a strong foundation for the global, strategic mindset he brings to every role. A TEDx speaker and recipient of the Governor’s Award and the MEA Global Indian Award, he is also a distinguished orator and active participant in several industry forums and academic institutions.
