Anshul Gupta has been elevated as the Vice President – Enterprise Business at TeamLease Edtech, overseeing key areas such as Edtech, L&D, Impact Projects, Fund Raising & Global Philanthropy. In his new role, Anshul leads the company’s national enterprise sales force and donor networks, transforming corporate intent into long-term skilling & employability impact for India’s youth. His mandate includes building large-scale partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth firms to channel multi-million-dollar philanthropic investments into learner-financing pools and future-ready academies.
Prior to this, Anshul served as the National Head of Impact Projects & Industry Partnerships at TeamLease Edtech, where he significantly expanded fundraising and strategic collaborations with corporates, CSR arms, financial institutions & government bodies. He also held the position of National Head of University Partnerships, where he was instrumental in launching high-impact programs with institutions like IIT Patna, IIT Bhilai, NPCI, and IIBF, tripling the partner base and driving state-level skilling initiatives in collaboration with state governments across India.
Anshul continues to serve as the Head of Fundraising at TeamLease Foundation, where he mobilizes both national and international philanthropic capital to drive large-scale skilling and job-placement programs. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding ProGATE Coaching, a bootstrapped GATE prep edtech venture that trained over 5,000 students across nine centres, and co-founding ProAvenues, an early skilling startup. His professional background also includes roles with Deutsche Bank, Edelweiss Capital, Quetzal Online, and Calance Corporation.
An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode and IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Anshul brings over 18 years of cross-sector experience at the intersection of education, enterprise, and impact. At TeamLease Edtech, he now spearheads efforts to create scalable, sustainable pathways that align corporate philanthropy with national skilling missions and global learning ecosystems.
