As CEO at P2P Analysis & Solutions, Pritam leads strategic process engineering and product innovation efforts, with a sharp focus on performance analytics, workflow automation, and scalable solutions tailored for modern engineering enterprises. His leadership philosophy combines data-backed problem solving with hands-on execution, driving transformation across electric vehicles, Passenger Vehicles, autonomous systems, and advanced design for Engineering Domains.
At CGC Landran, Pritam contributes as an industry mentor and syllabus expert for mechanical engineering programs. His role bridges the gap between academia and industry by aligning the curriculum with real-world automotive trends and evolving design-CAE practices, ensuring graduates are industry-ready in today’s competitive landscape.
Previously, Pritam held leadership roles at Altair, Sonalika, and JBM Tesco Go (Fiat subsidiary), building and scaling CAE and R&D teams from the ground up.
