Bhuwnesh Singh Chauhan has joined Havells India Limited as the Vice President – Human Resources, bringing with him over 24 years of rich and versatile experience in HR leadership across manufacturing, engineering, and consumer sectors. His appointment in May 2025 marks a significant addition to Havells’ leadership team, as the company continues its transformation journey with a sharper focus on people, culture, and performance.
Bhuwnesh’s career spans prominent roles at leading organizations such as Montage Enterprises, Escorts Kubota Limited, Suzuki Motor Gujarat, and LG Electronics, where he consistently drove strategic HR initiatives aligned with business outcomes. He has been instrumental in leading large-scale organizational development, transformation, manpower productivity, succession planning, and employee relations programs, with a deep focus on aligning HR processes to business needs.
In his most recent role as CHRO at Montage Enterprises, Bhuwnesh led HR and ER for over 7,000 employees, overseeing group-level strategic planning, workforce alignment, and cultural integration. His ability to manage change, build talent pipelines, and handle complex union negotiations has earned him a reputation as a forward-thinking and people-centric leader.
An alumnus of the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra, Bhuwnesh combines functional depth with an empathetic leadership style.
