Effective July 1, Navin Gautham will become President of Acara Solutions India
Acara Solutions India—one of Aleron Group‘s global talent acquisition and workforce solutions companies—announced the promotion of Navin Gautham to President. Navin, who has been with the organization since 2007, previously served as the company’s Director.
In his new role, Navin will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, revenue generation, profitability, and leadership development across not only Indian operations, but also our global RPO services. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry, Navin has proven himself to be an expert in driving business strategy and delivering exceptional results.
Known for his strategic thinking and operational excellence, Navin excels at integrating Acara’s operations with Aleron’s global strategy, all the while fostering strong partnerships that drive long-term success. His track record includes significant contributions to the company’s growth, evidencing a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and a passion for meeting client needs. For example, Navin led the development of an offshore centre for Acara and Broadleaf under Aleron Shared Resources leading to profitability and cost savings.

Navin graduated from Madras University in India with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, bringing both technical acumen and business expertise to his leadership role.
