SERVPRO Appoints Rob Rajkowski as Chief Marketing Officer

SERVPRO Industries, LLC, a prominent property restoration and construction franchise, has announced the appointment of Rob Rajkowski as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Rajkowski, who joins SERVPRO with a rich background in marketing, brand strategy, and business operations, is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success.

“Rob’s unique expertise across multiple disciplines will be a significant asset to our senior leadership team,” said Brett Ponton, CEO of SERVPRO. “His experience in fostering innovation and teamwork will enhance our internal operations and strengthen relationships with our franchisees, agency partners, and vendors across North America.”

Rajkowski’s career includes numerous executive roles. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Drive Automotive Services, LLC. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Monro, Inc., where he integrated the company’s operations, marketing, and merchandising functions. His experience extends to AAMCO Transmissions and Heartland Automotive Services, where he led brand strategy and local marketing for over 600 franchises each.

At Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Rajkowski managed retail stores and directed marketing and merchandising efforts, contributing to the development of retail brand strategies and local marketing initiatives. Additionally, he spent 16 years at Mars, Inc., in various roles including brand management, business-to-business sales, and category management.
