The Den Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Priyanka Rao as the new Head of Human Resources. Rao brings over thirteen years of extensive experience in leading hotels across the country. With her vast expertise and proven leadership in human resource management, she will oversee all HR operations, including organizational culture, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development.
Prior to joining The Den Bengaluru, Rao was part of the Orchid Group of Hotels. She has also worked with renowned brands such as Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, and Marriott Hotels, among others. Throughout her career, Rao has exhibited exceptional problem-solving skills and has been pivotal in implementing successful HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
