Network18 has appointed Sanchayan Paul as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)-Designate. With over 25 years of extensive experience across various industries and roles, Sanchayan brings a wealth of knowledge to the company’s leadership team.

He joins Network18 from Modenik Lifestyle, a prominent private equity-backed enterprise. His distinguished career includes substantial roles at Reliance Industries, Thomson Reuters, Eicher Consulting Services, Hutchison Essar Telecom, and Vodafone. Additionally, Sanchayan has entrepreneurial experience, having founded KaryaMitr, a tech-enabled platform focused on skill-building and training for the vernacular workforce.

Sanchayan holds a postgraduate degree in management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an undergraduate degree from Delhi University. He has also completed the Digital Business Leadership Programme from Cornell University, further enhancing his expertise.

At Network18, Sanchayan will initially spend several weeks familiarizing himself with the organization’s diverse geographical, linguistic, and platform intricacies. During this period, he will be mentored by Sakthi, who has been instrumental in developing Network18’s robust, systems-driven HR structures over the past eight years.
