Castrol India Appoints Kedar Lele as New Managing Director

Castrol India has announced the appointment of Kedar Lele as its new Managing Director (MD), starting November 1. His tenure will last for five years. Prior to this, he will begin his role as Vice President of Castrol India and South Asia on October 1.

Kedar Lele will succeed Sandeep Sangwan, who has been the MD since January 2020.

In the initial phase, Kedar will collaborate closely with the outgoing MD, Sandeep Sangwan, to ensure a smooth transition before officially taking over as Managing Director.

Kedar Lele is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in various fields including advertising, internet companies, FMCG marketing, sales and customer development, and general management.

He joins Castrol India from Unilever, where he has been employed since 2010.
