Mr. Parate brings with him an impressive legacy of over 19 years in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, marked by substantial contributions to on-highway, off-highway, mining machinery, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery industries.
Before his new role at CAB Worldwide India, Mr. Parate served as the Senior General Manager at Sany Heavy Industry. There, he excelled in spearheading Research & Development, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance, Supplier Development, and Management Representation. His previous tenure as the Assistant General Manager of Quality Assurance at JCB India Limited in Pune, and his extensive work in Research & Development, Value Engineering, and Quality at Tata Hitachi Construction Equipment in Jamshedpur, further underscore his formidable expertise and leadership in the field.
Mr. Parate’s expansive technical skillset is a testament to his proficiency in areas such as Hydraulic Systems, Engines, Axles, Transmissions, Casting, Forging, and Machining. His innovative approach has led to significant advancements in new product introductions, including electric vehicle products, product development, product localization, quality assurance, cost reduction, and value engineering. His strategic vision and technical acumen have consistently driven company growth, enhanced customer-centric cultures, and built high-performance teams.
Educationally, Mr. Parate’s credentials are equally remarkable. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Nagpur University. His professional expertise spans product development, project management, quality management, value engineering, product lifecycle management, and cost optimization.
