Dr. Dhriti is responsible for maintaining engineering quality compliance, supporting equipment and system qualifications, and conducting thorough protocol reviews and approvals. Her meticulous approach ensures adherence to cGMP standards and quality systems, safeguarding both regulatory compliance and patient safety.
Dhriti’s impressive career includes roles such as Compliance Consultant at ProPharma Group and Quality and Compliance Head at Bio Scientific Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead multifaceted teams, develop and implement quality policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across various organizations.
Her extensive skills in compliance management, vendor auditing, health and safety management, and project management are complemented by certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lead Auditor. Dhriti holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from ISBM University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Mumbai University.
