Priyam Sikaria has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Encardio Rite. Bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership, Priyam is set to enhance talent management and organizational development within the company.
Priyam Sikaria joins Encardio Rite with a distinguished career in HR leadership across various industries. Her main objectives at Encardio Rite include improving HR practices, fostering a robust organizational culture, and spearheading strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this, Priyam served as the Director of HR at JLL for nearly three years, where she was instrumental in building strong relationships, crafting talent strategies, and managing global HR operations, including employee learning and development, performance metrics, and compensation.
Before her tenure at JLL, Priyam was the Deputy Chief Manager at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance for over a year. In this role, she handled workforce planning, budgeting, compensation, and labor relations across the organization. She also held senior positions at Kotak, focusing on employee relations and industrial relations. Additionally, Priyam’s extensive HR experience includes her role in Corporate HR at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, where she contributed to creating synergy in HR-related activities across various sectors.
Encardio Rite, a leader in the Geotechnical and Infrastructure Health Monitoring industry, has supported numerous global projects for over five decades.
