Amit Bhatia has joined Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited as the new Head of HR. In this role, he will lead the HR function and drive strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. Amit brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in renowned companies.
At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Amit served as Employee Relations Manager from February 2016 to June 2024, overseeing employee and industrial relations for 8,000 employees across India. His responsibilities included managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and conducting compliance investigations.
Before Dr. Reddy’s, Amit was Chief Manager, Human Resources at Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd from May 2015 to February 2016. He led talent acquisition for Abbott India’s field business in Northern India, handling sourcing, hiring, and HR generalist issues.
Amit’s career also includes his role as Assistant Manager-HR at Pfizer from April 2007 to June 2011, where he managed corporate HR functions and facilitated the integration of Vetnex into Pfizer. He began his career at Ranbaxy as an Executive – HRIS & Generalist from November 2005 to March 2007.
