Q2, a prominent financial experience company, has named Shailly Bhanot as the new Vice President of Human Resources for its India operations. Bhanot brings over 18 years of experience to Q2, having previously served as Director of HR at Intel Corporation from 2019 to 2024. Her extensive career includes significant roles at Honeywell, Amdocs, WNS Global Services, and Citifinancial, providing her with a wealth of expertise in human resources and organizational development.
Bhanot began her career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at Citifinancial. In 2007, she transitioned to WNS Global Services as a Senior Executive-HR, and three years later, she joined Amdocs as a Senior Specialist in Organizational Development (OD). Her longest tenure was at Honeywell, where she held various managerial and leadership roles from 2012 to 2019.
Bhanot holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, College of Materials Management, Jabalpur, and a Bachelor of Science from M. H. College, Jabalpur. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, makes her a valuable addition to the Q2 leadership team.
