Baazi Games, a leading gaming technology organization in India, has appointed Sonam Arora as the new Head of People & Culture. Sonam brings a wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership to Baazi Games, enhancing their already strong leadership team. With her extensive background, Sonam is set to drive the company’s HR initiatives and foster a vibrant workplace culture.
Before joining Baazi Games, Sonam held key positions at The Good Glamm Group for nearly two years. As Head HR – Retail and Head HRBP – Corporate, she oversaw HR business partnering and provided strategic leadership in human resources. Her contributions were pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining HR processes.
Prior to her role at The Good Glamm Group, Sonam was the HR Head at INDmoney.com, where she managed HR functions for nearly two years. Her career also includes significant roles such as AGM HR at HT Digital Streams and Manager HR Business Partner at Go-MMT Partner Community. In these positions, she handled various HR responsibilities and partnered with leadership teams to drive organizational success.
Earlier in her career, Sonam served as Deputy Manager HR at Fever 104 FM (HT Media Ltd.), Assistant Manager HR at Dish TV – Essel Group, and Senior Consultant-Recruitment at Unison International. These roles provided her with a broad spectrum of HR expertise, from recruitment to strategic HR management, equipping her with the skills necessary to excel in her new position at Baazi Games.
