Before his role at Dalmia Cement, Rama Krishna served as Cluster Head at Ambuja Cements, part of the LafargeHolcim Group. His journey there was characterized by a dedication to refining operations and maintenance practices, showcasing his deep understanding of process engineering and business strategy optimization. His leadership was instrumental in various capacities, including as Unit Head and VP of Operations, where he successfully managed operations and drove strategic initiatives.

His previous roles at Shriram Cement Works and a prior stint at JSW Cement as DGM demonstrated his capabilities in production management, process improvements, and technology upgrades.
