Siemens Healthineers Appoints Kalavathi GV as Executive Director and Head of Development Center

Siemens Healthineers has announced the appointment of Kalavathi GV (Kala) as the new Executive Director and Head of the Development Center (DC) in India. Kala will oversee more than 3,500 employees across India and Slovakia, driving the development of precision healthcare solutions with a focus on artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.

Kala brings a wealth of experience from her previous leadership roles at Philips Healthcare and GE Healthcare, where she spearheaded global digital transformation initiatives. She is also a prominent advocate for increasing the representation of senior female leaders in the Indian IT ecosystem.

In her new role, Kala succeeds Dileep Mangsuli, who will now focus on global corporate activities in the fight against tuberculosis at Siemens Healthineers.
