With nearly five years at Spottabl, Satheesh played a pivotal role in advancing AI-driven talent matching solutions.
Prior to Spottabl, Satheesh served as GM – People Excellence at xto10x Technologies Pvt Ltd, overseeing diverse HR functions. His distinguished career includes over seven years as Senior Director – Human Resources at Flipkart, where he led initiatives in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Analytics, and Employer Branding.
Satheesh’s HR expertise extends across multinational corporations, having held roles at AOL, Dell Technologies, Philips, and Intel Corporation, focusing on areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations.
