Genpact, a global leader in professional services and business process management, has announced the appointment of Dency Davis as their new Vice President & Global Operations Leader.
In his new role, Dency Davis will oversee and enhance Genpact’s global operations, focusing on streamlining processes and driving operational excellence across various functions. His responsibilities will include optimizing service delivery, managing order-to-cash processes, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
Before joining Genpact, Davis served as the Associate Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he contributed significantly to the company’s growth and operational success. Prior to his tenure at TCS, Davis held key positions at Wipro as a Transition Lead, and at IBM as a Senior Manager in Quality Management and Business Process Improvement.
Davis’s professional journey also includes valuable experience at Genpact, where he previously worked as a Senior Manager – Transitions and Manager, demonstrating his long-standing association with the company and his deep understanding of its operational dynamics.
Dency Davis holds a BA in English from the University of Calcutta and has built a career distinguished by his expertise in operations management, process improvement, and service delivery. His appointment to the role of VP & Global Operations Leader at Genpact underscores his proven track record and his ability to drive operational success on a global scale.
