Suzlon Group has elevated Kavita Dasan to the role of Senior Vice President – Talent Management & Manufacturing HR Head. With a robust track record in human resources and a results-driven approach, Kavita is poised to lead key HR initiatives that align with Suzlon’s growth aspirations, ensuring the development of future-ready employees.
Kavita joined Suzlon Group in August 2023 as the Head of Talent Management & Employee Engagement. Her expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement, and business innovation has been instrumental in enhancing organizational excellence.
Before Suzlon, Kavita served as the Chief People Officer at ABP Network for over four years, where she was based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. At ABP, she played a crucial role in fostering an open, creative, and learning-oriented culture within the organization.
Her experience extends to prominent roles at DHFL and Zee Entertainment Enterprises, where she served as Vice President (HR). At DHFL, she contributed significantly to the company’s growth, while at Zee Entertainment, she led HR practices for a workforce of over 1,700 employees across India.
In addition to her HR leadership, Kavita has excelled in strategic talent acquisition, with previous roles at Times Internet and the Times Group, where she was involved in succession planning and recruitment processes.
Kavita’s elevation at Suzlon underscores her ability to drive strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s ambitious growth plans in the renewable energy sector.
