NTPC Limited, India’s largest integrated power utility promoted Anil Kumar Jadli to the position of Director – HR. Jadli will assume this critical role, overseeing the human resources strategies and initiatives for NTPC until his retirement on June 30, 2029.
Jadli, who joined NTPC in 1993 as an Executive Trainee, has over three decades of extensive experience in both line and HR functions. His career trajectory within NTPC has seen him manage various facets of HR across several projects, and he has served as the Head of HR since 2004. Since 2020, in his capacity as Chief General Manager – HR, he has been pivotal in shaping and implementing key HR strategies at the corporate level.
Jadli’s academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from MDI, Gurgaon, and a Post Graduate Degree in Organic Chemistry from Garhwal University. His appointment as Director – HR is a testament to his longstanding commitment and contributions to NTPC.
