Broadridge, a global leader in financial technology and operations, appointed Ranjeetha Raja as the new Executive Vice President – Head of Transformation. With an extensive background in product management, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation, Ranjeetha brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her new role.
Before joining Broadridge, she held a significant role at Dell Technologies as the Director of Product Management. In this position, she was pivotal in the incubation and launch of several cutting-edge products, including the Dell Data Lakehouse, Dell AI Factory, and initiatives focused on Generative AI (GenAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Her work at Dell also involved leading strategic partnerships, driving product discovery, release planning, and ensuring the successful execution of product roadmaps.
Prior to her tenure at Dell Technologies, Ranjeetha served as a Senior Consultant at Dell, where she led key data strategy and data security projects.
Ranjeetha’s journey in the tech industry began with her role as a Principal Consultant at EdgeVerve, a subsidiary of Infosys. She also co-founded Helioc.com, where she served as Director, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to driving technological advancements.
Ranjeetha’s academic achievements include a Post Graduate Program in AI and Data Science from The University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Her educational background complements her professional experience, making her a well-rounded leader with a deep understanding of both business and technology.
