NetAmbit, a prominent player in the financial services industry, appointed Rukhsar Khan as its new Chief Business Officer. With a proven track record in strategic sales leadership and business development, Rukhsar brings an exceptional depth of experience to his new role, further strengthening NetAmbit’s position in the market.
Prior to joining NetAmbit, Rukhsar was the Business Lead for Offline Payments and Merchant Lending at Paytm. His tenure at Paytm, which spanned nearly four years, saw him spearheading initiatives to enhance customer relationship management and mitigate financial risks. Under his leadership, Paytm’s merchant lending portfolio saw substantial growth, driven by innovative product development and process enhancements.
Before Paytm, Rukhsar served as Vice President and Head of Sales for SME Unsecured Business & Partnerships at Clix Capital. During his time at Clix, he played a pivotal role in launching and scaling key business verticals, such as loan products tailored for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). His strategic approach in creating go-to-market strategies and managing key partnerships helped Clix Capital achieve significant growth in the competitive financial services landscape.
Rukhsar’s career also includes a successful stint at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd., where he held the position of National Head for Alliances and Business Development. At Kotak Mahindra Bank, Rukhsar held several leadership positions over a 13-year tenure, culminating in his role as Associate Vice President and Area Sales Manager.
Rukhsar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking, Insurance & Investment from Welingkar Institute of Management and has further honed his expertise with a specialization in Digital Marketing & Analytics from the prestigious Indian School of Business.
