Digvijay Kapoor Joins Servotech as Vice President of Human Resources

Digvijay Kapoor has recently taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Servotech Power Systems Limited, marking a significant step in his extensive HR career. With years of diverse experience, Digvijay has established himself as a skilled HR leader, having previously held leadership positions in various companies. His most recent role was as an Independent Consultant at InvokHR Solutions, where he provided strategic HR expertise. Kapoor’s new position at Servotech will involve overseeing HR functions for all group companies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Before joining Servotech, Digvijay Kapoor was the Chief Business Officer at Recruber, where he led the company’s growth by aligning HR practices with business strategies. His experience at Recruber, a SaaS-driven HR tech company, helped him develop a keen understanding of HR technology and talent management. Kapoor has also served as Vice President of Human Resources at PACTAP and Associate Vice President of HR at Bada Business Pvt. Ltd., contributing significantly to these organizations’ HR strategies. His educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.

In his new role at Servotech, Digvijay Kapoor will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s overall business objectives, further cementing his reputation as a transformational leader in the HR field.
