Before joining People Maketh, Crescentshiya had a long and successful tenure at Tata Play Ltd, where she served as Senior Manager of New Product Development for 18 years. During her time at Tata Play, she was responsible for managing product development for mobile apps, Fire TV Stick, and VoD services, in addition to overseeing partner management and operational enhancements. Her contributions significantly advanced the company’s product offerings and customer experience.
Crescentshiya’s journey in the telecom space began in the early 2000s with roles in marketing and administration at companies like Escotel Mobile Communication and Nest Power Electronics. Her expertise in satellite TV, content management, and team leadership further solidified her reputation as a driving force in new business development.
