Divyanshu Anand has been appointed as Vice President, Group Enterprise Architect at Carlsberg Group. With over two decades of experience in delivering technology-led business transformations, Divyanshu steps into a global role where he will be instrumental in shaping Carlsberg’s enterprise architecture strategy. His expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation will be key to Carlsberg’s technological evolution.
Prior to joining Carlsberg, Divyanshu served as Chief Digital & Technology Architect at Haleon, where he successfully built the enterprise architecture function from the ground up. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in maturing the architecture function and delivering two multi-million-dollar initiatives that ensured the resiliency and risk posture of Haleon’s critical business infrastructure while ensuring compliance with China’s privacy laws.
Divyanshu’s career is marked by leadership roles in some of the largest and most complex enterprise transformation projects globally. At GSK, he was the chief architect for the £30 billion demerger of Haleon, overseeing the technology separation of 1,200+ applications and 1,500+ processes across 140 countries. His innovative approach to digital transformation, SAP ERP, and cloud-first strategies has consistently delivered tangible results, improving efficiencies and unlocking hundreds of millions in incremental revenue for the organizations he has worked with.
In his new role at Carlsberg, Divyanshu will leverage his extensive background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies such as Gen AI and API & event-driven architecture. His forward-thinking leadership will be crucial in driving Carlsberg’s continued growth in the global market. His deep expertise in designing scalable, future-ready technology infrastructures will ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
