Can you share key experiences from your previous roles that have prepared you for the CEO position at Welspun Transformation Services Limited?

Rinku Anand: Blended experience in Service Delivery/Solution Design/Transitions & Transformation including implementation of digital cutting-edge technology has surely provided me a platform for the current role. Mindset of “Value Creation” for the company rather than focussing on “Business As Usual”/chasing legacy SLAs/KPIs has been the key in raising up the ladder.

What were the main factors that motivated you to join Welspun, and what are your initial goals in this role?

Rinku Anand: Diversified service lines like textiles, flooring solutions, infrastructure, warehousing, pipes & steel, presence in 50+ countries & 30,000 + employees are few of the reasons to be proud with. Passion of adoption of latest possible technology & leveraging the GCC tech capability to deliver efficiency & productivity to the stakeholders is worth appreciating. Few initial goals includes driving business growth, foster innovation, strong relationships with stakeholders, achieve revenue growth, optimize resource allocation & build high performing teams

How do you plan to leverage your past experiences to drive transformation and growth within the company?

Rinku Anand: By analysing lessons learnt, recognising patterns and areas for improvement, adapt proven approaches to new challenges, avoiding repeating mistakes, effective mind mapping & referring to successful case studies

What challenges do you foresee in your new position, and what strategies do you intend to implement to address them?

Rinku Anand: No challenges observed so far

What long-term vision do you have for Welspun Transformation Services, and how do you plan to achieve it?

Rinku Anand: Long term vision includes elevate Digital Automation, cost optimization, synergies across teams, scalability, encourage culture of Innovation & multi-language service capability.
