Dr. Kaustav Guha has taken on the role of Vice President of Research & Development at Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of popular brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Bblunt, and Dr. Sheth’s. His appointment highlights Honasa’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its product offerings and developing cutting-edge formulations across its diverse brand portfolio.
With a rich background in product development at well-known global and Indian companies such as L’Oreal and Marico, Dr. Guha brings a wealth of experience to his new role. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and Durham University in the UK, he will lead efforts in advancing new technologies aimed at improving product formulations and fostering innovation within the company.
This leadership change comes at a time when Honasa Consumer is focused on strengthening its R&D capabilities, particularly following its recent acquisition of CosmoGenesis Labs.
