Anirban Bose has been announced as the new CEO of Capgemini’s Americas Strategic Business Unit (SBU), following the leadership of Jim Bailey. With a wealth of experience leading Capgemini’s Financial Services SBU, he is well-positioned to drive the company’s growth and innovation in the Americas region. His leadership has been pivotal in shaping Capgemini’s global financial services operations and overseeing the Asia Pacific SBU.
Having served as a member of Capgemini’s Group Executive Board, Anirban has also previously headed the company’s Banking and Capital Markets Business Unit. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Residing in New York, his deep understanding of the financial services industry equips him to excel in his new role at the helm of the Americas SBU.
Alongside this appointment, Capgemini has named Kartik Ramakrishnan as the CEO of the Financial Services SBU. Kartik, who was previously the Deputy CEO of the unit, has extensive experience leading the company’s banking and capital markets operations. He is expected to continue driving success and growth within the financial services division.
In addition to these changes, Capgemini has announced other leadership shifts. Jerome Simeon will step into the role of Chief Revenue Officer, while Franck Greverie will take on the position of Chief Technology Officer, both in the near future. Olivier Sevillia, who has served as Chief Operating Officer for many years, will be leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.
