Before joining Biocon Biologics, Karthik spent five years at IQVIA, where he showcased his ability to build high-performing teams and manage complex hiring needs. He was instrumental in delivering around 5,000 hires annually, earning the 2019 IQVIA™ CEO Team Award for his innovative and courageous approaches to talent acquisition. His prior experience also includes a notable nine-year tenure at Accenture, where he played a critical role in setting up delivery centers across multiple locations, including India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, managing an impressive recruitment pipeline of approximately 10,000 hires per year.
Karthik’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR practices. Karthik’s expertise extends beyond traditional recruiting; he has successfully navigated mergers and acquisitions and led the implementation of innovative recruitment models, significantly impacting organizational growth and efficiency.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Karthik is a passionate adventurer with a love for wildlife photography and outdoor activities.
