With over 16 years of experience in executive search and strategic talent management, Nikhil has a strong track record in recruiting leadership talent across a wide range of industries, including financial services, consumer goods, technology, life sciences, and education.
Before joining Ameriprise, Nikhil held prominent roles in leading global organizations. He served as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Citi India, where he was responsible for executive and leadership hiring across the Indian franchise. His expertise in managing APAC executive search research teams also contributed significantly to Citi’s recruitment strategy. Prior to Citi, Nikhil worked at Wells Fargo as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where he was instrumental in overseeing talent acquisition strategies for senior leadership positions. He also spent eight years at Korn Ferry, where he focused on CXO-level assignments and building high-performance teams for multinational and Indian clients.
