Kanika brings over eight years of experience in digital strategy, growth, and business development to the table, with a strong focus on scaling operations and building innovative solutions.
Prior to joining Swiggy Instamart, Kanika made significant contributions at Flipkart, where she served in various leadership roles, including as Director of Strategy and Growth for Flipkart Ads. Her work was instrumental in growing Flipkart’s advertising business, which has become a major revenue driver for the company. Kanika’s career also includes stints at Rivigo, where she managed key partnerships as a Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager, as well as an early career with Ericsson in a technical role.
Kanika holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Jaypee University of Information Technology. Her technical background, combined with her expertise in digital marketing and monetization, makes her a valuable asset for Swiggy Instamart as it continues to scale in a competitive quick commerce space.
