Manish Sinha has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Confidential, where he will spearhead the organization’s HR operations from Kathmandu, Nepal. With a vast career spanning several industries, including oil and gas, construction, cement, and pharmaceuticals, Manish brings a wealth of experience to this role. His focus will be on key HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, strategic HR planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Before joining Confidential, Manish Sinha served as the Corporate Head of HR at RBM Infracon Limited, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR framework. Prior to that, he held the position of AGM – Corporate HR at Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited, handling corporate-level HR functions. His notable tenure at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. allowed him to gain significant expertise, rising through the ranks from Senior Manager to Head of HR and Administration for the Mumbai region over more than five years.
Manish also brings leadership experience from his time at Prism Cement Limited, where he managed HR strategies for the Sales and Marketing department. He was responsible for recruitment, talent management, and statutory compliance, contributing significantly to the company’s HR development for nearly a decade.
With a strong academic background in PGDBM and an LLB from the University of Allahabad, specializing in labor laws, Manish’s career has consistently focused on driving HR excellence, compliance, and talent development.
In his new role at Confidential, Manish Sinha is poised to leverage his experience in HR leadership to foster a dynamic and growth-oriented work culture, aligning with the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
