Abhishek Arora Appointed as Director – DND-CQT & Transformation at Nissan Motor India

Nissan Motor India has expanded Abhishek Arora’s responsibilities, appointing him as Director – Dealer Network Development and Customer Quality Training (DND-CQT) while continuing his role as Director – Transformation & New Projects. In this expanded capacity, Abhishek will lead Nissan’s efforts in channel development, network management, and strategic initiatives, ensuring the brand’s readiness for upcoming product launches and enhancing its customer experience in India.

Abhishek joined Nissan in September 2024 and took interim charge of the DND-CQT function in October. With this new appointment, he assumes full-time leadership of the DND-CQT function while continuing to drive transformative projects. His career includes leadership roles at Audi India, where he oversaw Network Development, Business Management, Sales Training, and the Used Car Business. Prior to this, he held positions at General Motors, Tata Motors, and Honda Motorcycles, gaining extensive experience in channel sales and managing premium automotive networks.

This strategic appointment underscores Nissan’s focus on strengthening its network capabilities and market presence in India. Abhishek’s expertise in the premium automotive sector and his leadership in transformation projects are expected to significantly contribute to Nissan’s growth and success in a dynamic market environment.
